paypal issue with chip based card...anyone else ?

    Hello everyone,
    hope things are well

    recently i tried to make a payment via paypal, i have a citibank international debit card added on it and it was working perfectly till yesterday but this morning as i clicked on make payment it popped up with a message telling >>>

    We couldn't complete your purchase, because the card issuer declined the card MasterCard x-6613. We've chosen another payment method for you. Please continue with this payment method, or choose a different one.

    i spoke with my bank they said everything is fine from our end, later i called paypal they said its all fine from here also but maybe your bank blocking it because it always need pin to do a transaction, now things are stucked i am not sure what exactly is the issue....anyone have any more updates on this ?

    Call your bank again and ask them for clarification. PayPal should be able to see on the "error code" they get back when the trx is declined what the problem is.
