    Hi I recently started a new venture with new Servers.

    I have SSD hard drives and fast processing RAM with Quad Core processessors.

    Although i am also giving up
    Unlimited Space
    Unlimited Website
    Unlimited Bandwidth
    Unlimited Email
    for first 100 subscribers to my hosting service.

    But still I am finding it very difficult to make a sale?

    Do you think this business will work ? or should I what should I do to make it work.

    I am ready to give commissions also but i am not sure where to start.

    Looking for your advice.

    Depends how much money you have got to throw at the business, hosting is massively over-saturated and people tend to go with established hosts with a proven track record over new ones.
    Unless you have $$$$'s to lose I would do something else.
