Contest $250 contest to re-skin a web app. Top 3 runners-up receive $25 each.

We have a web application that needs to be re-skinned.

Current state:

The screenshots above include only two pages of our web app. Participants in this contest should submit designs that encompass those two pages and all the various UI components that are demonstrated in the screenshots (e.g., pop-ups, inline editing, lists, etc).


Design requirements:
- Clean and modern.
- Color emphasis should be white, blues, and/or greens. Keep the color intensity light.
- Functional layout must remain the same. Our goal is to only re-skin the web app. We are not attempting to re-engineer our entire front-end. Your design must fit in relatively closely with the UI components that already exist in our web app (see our screenshots above). Design submissions that would force us to dramatically re-engineer our web app will not be considered. It's OK to move things around and change the layout a bit, but just be aware that your design must enable us to maintain the same feature set in our web app.
- Your design submission should include both the patient list, the handoff page and the various UI components presented on each of those pages (see screenshots above).

Contest terms:
- This contest will end on Saturday April 25th at 8PM Pacific Daylight Time (GMT -7).
- Designs that encompass those two pages and all the various UI components that are demonstrated in the screenshots above (e.g., pop-ups, inline editing, lists, etc).
- Designs must fit within the current functional layout of our web app. This is only a re-skinning, not a re-engineering of the front-end.
- The winner (1st place) will receive $250.
- The winner may also be offered a job to continue their design and re-skin the other pages on our web app (an additional ~$250).
- The winner is expected to provide spliced PSD files of their work. HTML and CSS work is not needed. Our in-house engineers will build the HTML and CSS using your PSD work as a guide.
- 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place will be awarded $25 for their efforts. The runners-up do not need to provide PSD files of their work.
- Winner and runners-up will be paid via PayPal.
- Accepting submissions in this thread or via PM.
- We do reserve the right to end this contest early if we receive a winning design right away. 1st through 4th place will still be paid out. Make your submissions early!
