Contest Design Contest #16: $20 Paid Instantly - T-Shirt Design Contest (Looking for 3-5 Designs)

Your City. Your World. Your Twist.

(This is our slogan and we have general idea of somehow incorporated a map and globe uniquely to illustrate the “Your City. Your World.” part but idea is totally left up to you and doesn’t have to be designed this way.)

I Blog.

(Just a simple two word sentence, but has to really pop stylistically.)

(This is a hashtag that we plan to really put our stamp on and claim so this also has to pop and stand out.)

I’m looking for these three sayings, designed uniquely and must obviously look great on shirts and be fashionable.

You can also submit your own ideas or concepts in addition to these 3 slogan concepts as long as it fits the theme. If I like your idea, I’ll think it over.

We’re also open to mascot type shirts as well. If you have an idea or concept for one, just let us know or show us.

These shirts must further help strenghtgen the brand of my website which is my username. So feel free to use my logo as inspiration. I haven’t updated site with new logo yet, but you can get the gist from the old logo currently on site.

Themes to play on is urban city, skyline, etc. Or just a stylish custom font or something that doesn’t look like it came from Microsoft Word.

Our site is an entertainment and news blog that’s trying to attract more writers and user participation on the site to give you an idea. The word “Twist” basically means opinion, style, take, view, etc.

I need designs to be vector.

I’ll pay $20 per design that I plan on using. You can submit more than one idea.

-Prize is $20 for each design we end up using. Hoping for 3-5 good designs to use
-T-shirt design on front of t-shirt only.
-Design will be used on t-shirts, tank tops, and sweat shirts in a variety of colours
-Designs should be posted here to keep things fair
-Time frame of about 1 week or until we have enough designs chosen

If you have a unique concept or idea that can also tie into what my site is about, please feel free to submit that as well. Just be creative.

After the contest end I will be the new respectful owner of the images/content.

I like this attempt, but my site isn't a weed or smoking type of site and that's what I think of when I see this lady, although she is a nice lady.

Not really feeling this one. Sorry.

I like the simplicity of this design. Would love to see a different font if possible because the "L" in Blog looks like an "I". So far, your shirt style I like the best even though it's the most symplistic. But I would love to see another type of font or have some of my logo's elements included if possible.

Not really feeling this. The "I" doesn't really look like an I, but rather a line. And I don't want any cities listed on shirt in that fashion although I see where you're going with it.

I like your attempt and what you did with "World" but not liking the font.

I do like this design but would like to see some of logo's elements included and I don't like the font.

Yeah...
Sorry for being quiet on this.

It's just that none of the designs are doing it for me nor do they portray anything close to a style that could be affiliated with my website which is what my main goal is to have something brand able and fashionable.

I may leave this contest open til Friday and if anyone reading has any more specific questions, PM me.

Just to update, I do have a winner. Waiting on her to post her entry to board so it's public. I like for people to see that there are winners with contests I throw.

Overall, nice attempt by everyone but I don't think designs were matching my website's theme and style or maybe I didn't explain that clearly enough.
