Video link in my Wordpress thumbnail?

    I have posted a YouTube video link to my wordpress website, and it plays fine. However, when I try to post the link on my facebook page, it does not show the video thumbnail/image. It just shows my website logo.

    So, how can I post a link to my page, where the image/video is the actual youtube video?

    i think this can be a Facebook Issue.. Try to use Add Link To Facebook Plugin and check if it's Work ! it's a good plugin.
