    I would like to add few more

    6) Inappropriate categories structure
    7) Shipping calculation during checkout instead of Cart
    8) Breadcrumbs, specially when you need to go back on search result page
    9) Missing sorting feature on product listing page(s)
    10) Narrow search results specially when you have lot of products in search
    11) Very small or bad quality thumbnail on product listing and detail pages

    I think this can be a good QA report for any eCommerce solution :)
