I'll explain to you: This domain has been archived on 2007-10-19, so the old owner didn't renew this domain to be deleted from of hosting. And I was lucky to get in a free state registered. The oldest record dates back more than 7 years. Whether it can be established beforehand this domain is PR7? I am not sure. But in fact you can see this domain is real PR7.

Just another scam by this user. Check out the feedback I left recently on this sellers page.

For those that don't know PR has not been updated in more than a year by Google and will not be updated in the future. Check out the MOZ stats of this domain and you'll see this domain has 0 value. The sellers knows this but just tries to cheat people.

 

I'm not scammer, but your mistake, you are doing the worst thing to your site. You bom any outbound link on your site tania-heath.com! So google give you a gift deindexed.
I see your site has recently deindexed. When I was push the domain to your account is still indexed well. And I think the cause of deindexed are:
1). because you put so many outbound links.

Google does not like sites like that. They thought your site is used for buying and selling links.

2). I have noticed, you use a strange font in the article, such as copy and paste pdf or scanned (OCR).
3). Video in the article does not correspond to the article content. It seems you are chasing keyword stuffing. You know that keyword stuffing is the real spam.
3. In the footer, there is a specification of keywords to the specific web. After Designed by .... refer to raspberry ketones site, nothing to do. Fact you use themes : hxxp://smthemes.com/demo/vitamins/
there is no link to rasoberry ketone on original themes. Google really hate against web supplements.
So, your site is really unhealthy.

You should probably concentrate on the issue of PR and your fake sellers instead of going on the attack of someone you scammed.

 

This guy real scammer! Once he gets his money, he does not push the domain. I'll report to Mod Shannon Smyrl.
