how to find Free Directory Submission Website

There is thousand of Directory Submission Website.
Some of them are low quality, Some are paid, some have condition that I have to put there site to our home page and Some Directory Submission site didn't follow the proper rules of Google.
But we have to build link on Directory Submission Website because we have to ranked up.
But finding a Directory Submission Website who follow those condition is so timely matter.
Have there any easy solution that I should follow to quickly find a Good Directory Submission Website?
Please help me out, I am a new Blogger and I am in problem.

If you search in Google with "article directories website list" then you can find huge list of sites. You can get the collection of websites with pr and some of site statistics. This is not a big problem to find article directories.

 

There are plenty of sites which provide you updated directories list, the one that i used personally is directorycritic, they have great lists of web directories and they have categorized each directory, they have list of free directories, paid directories, niche directories etc.

 

Google may help you. On the otherhand go to vmoptions [dot] com. Lot's of free directories here.

 

Search using your search engine write " Top Directories list", you will find out lot of it.

 

You can check out directory critic. You can find bunch of lists of sites that can help you with your campaign. Make sure to add it on the right category.

 

If I was you, I would worry about what kind of web directories are being submitted by those free submission services.
It can hurt your website SERP if you website is listed on the sites which Google doesn't like it.

 

It is not just about finding free directories, it is also about searching for high PR directories to submit your website else submitting to the low PR (Page Rank) directories might hurt your website & get penalised. How do you know what Google likes and what it doesn't?

I would like to see something like list of "good and bad directories according to Google"
because, as I recall, sometimes around 2007 Google penalized what normally would be
accepted by community as 'clean like a whistle' directories by dropping PR from 6 or 7
to PR 2 or 3 effectively declaring that it doesn't care which directory is good or bad.

So, if you're relying on Google's judgment, my advice... don't hold your breath.

you can check directory critic because they have a huge list of free directory.

 

Try Google, there are many directories - usually the free ones are all you need unless you want to add rich text, photos etc as the free ones will usually have NAP: Name, address and phone number.

 

I use to get help from directorycritic when I needed to do some directory submissions. In these days when directory submission is not as useful as it is few years back I hardly do any directory submission work.

 

Don't waste too much of your time on directories instead focus on local directories. Local optimization is better than spending your precious time to those low quality directories.
