    Indeed DA and PA are a great way to analyze your website and individual pages and understand what's happening around your website on the web. Pagerank must not be considered anymore, so any discussion about Pagerank is useless.

    Only PR doesn't matter for a website to rank on Google, there are many SEO factors say for example on-page structure, relevant backlinks from the niche, content on the website, Internal linking, H1 tags.

    Last 1.5 years google not update PR, and also in last 2 year google make many changes in Algorithm like so many time update Panda, Penguin and Pigeon.
    All update goal is as Google has continuously been focusing on providing the best user experience and most relevant information you get when you search on google, also now a day Google is more Focus on Local & Location base Results, if you search any query than most of local business rankings more on google, So i Think Google Will Accept New and useful Algo and discontinue not user-friendly tools, b'coz as we check if many time Good PR site also not useful for User and PR site is Batter useful.

    So Now a day "seo is not PR based but its now on user experience based" if your site use good and unique content, good navigation and user-interface, low Load time and responsive and local based than 100% you rank well without creating single back link

    backlinks are necessary. The problem with content and natural backlinking is that if you have good content, in theory you should attract a huge number of visitors and readers and they will naturally create links to your website, since they become fans and love your content.

    Huh, I never did pay attention to PageRank, and to be quite honest I didn't really bother acknowledging it's existence.

    Not surprised it's gone the way of death... Really quite useless. Maybe 8 years ago, but not anymore.
