Anyone Know What Script These Sites Use?

Hopefully someone will know what script these sites use or know a script that will do what most these sites have.

Any help would be great in need of a script that is sim to these, for game mod site.

it's use sticky menu or visible menu when scroll like the following links

in this example it use jqery and css/css3

One thing to consider if using things like this, is that some content will be hidden if scrolling with page-up and page-down (the floating menu will hide 1-2 lines of text) - so you'll have to scroll up or down a little bit to see everything - not always a problem, but it might be if the information is important, or it's important that the visitor sees the top of the content.
