    2. Payment via Paypal upon receipt of file
    3. File must be given in .psd and .jpg
    4. High resolution logo will be given to winner to use

    Ideally want something asap.

    Header is the top image on website measuring 940 x 150

    I want to keep all 3 elements (logo, phone number and tagline) but you can play about with them and colours.
