Sending money with paypal without having a CC or Bank account

Hi,
I just received ~50 US$ to my paypal account.
Now I wanted to send the money to another email.
The problem is, that my sending limit is 0.00$.
I don't have got a credit card or Bank Account. I heard that I have to get my account verified in order to send money to someone else.

Would be nice if you could help me and tell me how to send money to someone else. I would also send you 10$ then, no joke
Would be bad if the 50$ just would stay there forever.

most adults one day start working and thus start earning real money contributing to the wellbeing of this planet ....

hence sooner or later you need a bank account anyway. most bank accounts are free. to be an active member of this planet without bank account is nearly impossible, thus just ask around for bank near your place to get your pp account verified.

 

PayPal will mail you a check if you have no other options. It takes very long and you will probably need a bank account to cash it anyways, but it looks like your only option.

 

Well, if you want to send money or do ANYTHING with your money, you have to confirm your account. Everyone needs a bank account, and usually you can get a bank account for free. So why don't you get one, and then you can verify your account? Truthfully, there is no other way. PayPal needs this information to make sure you're a legit person and to make all transactions safe. So please just go out and get a bank account.

So if u wanna send the money then u can just Create a donation website on the other account where u wanna send ur money and then from the account where u have 50 bucks u can just donate 40 bucks. Send 10 bucks to my email.

What country are you in? It can be as simple as going to a neighborhood bank, and opening a checking account with $20, then you can attach it to your Paypal account. This should have been your first priority before you even accepted your first job online.
