    How much can I get for this blog? Domain + Articles.
    I need to sell it off due to lack of time to manage it now.
    I get 4-5k hits a day.
    Not monetised yet.
    Since Apple, Samsung etc are getting into health market, health looks like the next big thing in Google Searches.

    I would say the domain name is not very valuable. Maybe low $xx.
    The website may reach mid $xxx IF you find the right buyer. My suggestion is, if you get 4-5k hits a day, go ahead and monetize it! If those hits are good (!), you'll make more money in a year than what you might get for selling it...
