Please Help on blog traffic

hello, good day all,
please guys who knows a good method to increase my blog traffic, please I've been in this thing for more than a year yet my traffic is very poor.
please I'll need your suggestions that would yield positive result for me.
please if you're mentioning a method I would be grateful if you could explain a little cos of I've tried so many things yet nothing changed, so I'll want to know what I've been doing wrong.

my blog is a tech blog specifically on Android n some related stuffs.

I would work on the design a little more.
Remove all ad's to increase user experience, if your not getting much traffic your not making any money anyway but are hurting user experience. ex. bounce rate/time on site
Create categories with the "tabs" under header. Redo all the tabs-no need to have a "broken links" tab. Your visitors aren't webmasters and don't know what you're referring to.
Remove "Sitemap" tab, create a regular sitemap and submit under your Webmaster Tools account.
Not sure if the content is Unique or not(didn't check) and add more content per post. Content is kind of thin right now.
Create an "About Us" page or add a description on Homepage. I didn't know what your site was about when visiting.
Your pics are interfering with the beginning of the text on your posts.

 

hmmm.. thanks for this review. this means I've got to do some real overhauling of my blog design.

the blog is about Android apps, Android games some internet n pc stuffs like tips.

and please apart from the design what about other aspects.

It is impossible to rank in competitive niches without backlinks. Have you considered writing for other blogs?

 

I've not seen a blog in my niche I could write for.

 

Find forums in your niche and start participating in them.

 

You can use social exchange sites.

Well that's a defeatist attitude to take.

Not right away they usually don't no. And at first nobody will trust you. But you keep participating and building up trust in yourself. And then later you will be able to use them to drive large chunks of traffic to your blog through them. Not just through sig links but from your threads too.

 

first of all you should do inner page seo. second you should make a list of the keywords you are targeting. third you should start to create links for your keywords on other sites ( not spam).

I see you've made a lot of changes I recommended, looks much better. If you plan on using Adsense later, you have to add a "Privacy Policy" page to comply with AdSense's TOS. I would also add an "About/About US" page with a description of what the intent of your site is and what it offers. If your going to cover Andriod, I would suggest topics like Andriod Phones, Apps, etc. Content on Phones and Apps bring a lot of traffic. Plus the revenue is good (use to own a HTC EVO Forum back in the day).
Starting out I would focus on creating a foundation of great content. Make sure all On-page SEO is done, get the Yoast SEO Plugin for this. Create interesting titles for each article. Make the word count of each article at least 300 words. Once you've created at least 5 Masterpieces of content, then start your backlinking. Don't use most of the methods talked about on here, they'll hurt your rankings in the long run. Once you start getting a steady amount of traffic daily, that's when you monetize your site.
Plus there's a list of certain Plugins you'll want to add.

 

First you have to submit your blog on all blog listing sites & than Regular Blog post with social media sharing for a good traffic.
