Paste your URL and let us view.
    Guessing:
    1. Less use images.
    2. Change hosting

    Cheers!

I am also having this problem and I have found this to be quite useful: https://compressor.io/ . It is free and easy to use.
At this point, my struggle is finding the time and good system to go thru and compress all of my images.

There are also WordPress plugins but when I tried those, they hurt my image quality and actually slowed down my site a bit.

You can use images that are not too heavy because it will affect the user's experience in your blog site. As a result from these high resolutions images is bounce rate.

Removing plugins that are not compatible with the latest wordpress version has helped my speed. Plus I'm on a very good web host.

That site isn't slow because of images... it's slow because of backend processing to generate the page.

More data mean more time to appear. Only way is to make your blog lite weighted and simple. Cut some unnecessary images or heavy sized images. Compress your pictures and then post them on your blog. I hope that this will work for you

For image optimization you can use EWWW image optimizer plugin. I also suggest to use wp super cache plugin. Use less amount of plugins and use responsive themes.

anyway, you need the plugins, they add many new functions to the blog and also make it more unique. I don't think deleting the plugins is a solution

Yes, you blog is loading fine.
As mentioned by DP members, use plugins like WP Super Cache.
    Another maybe WP Optimized.

Side Note: I advise to change your blog URL to bullseyeengagement.com/yourblog/
    for the best SEO optimization.
    E.g blog.bullseyeengagement.com/Why-Cloud-Talent-Management...
    abcdotcom/blog/Why-Cloud-Talent-Management ( More readable ).

    Just my 2 cents
