Forum script geared toward offering support?

    Hello!

    I would like to create a support ticket system for my clients. I sell about 30 websites per week and as you can imagine, there are plenty of questions.

    A lot of the questions are duplicate, so instead of simply offering a ticket system, I want to create a forum where everyone can benefit from the answers.

    I have created many forums with bbpress, but I know there is a forum out there which allows you to write your main content, but will also let you write separate content only viewable by admin (FTP access, wp-admin login, etc.) this would make offering support much more efficient if I have all of the info I need in one thread.

    Has anyone came across such a script? I forgot the website I saw this integrated on, but maybe it was custom coding.

    Your help would be much appreciated!
