Yes, but... why in the WORLD would you want to? Unless this is for a seed-box, where you have the only access, this is a BAD IDEA - both because the hosting company will ban you as soon as they find out you have torrented files on their server, second because you will be hosting copyrighted material (I'm assuming here, but since you said "movie", I'll assune illegal downloads) - bad, bad idea. But for the technical bit, of course it's possible - you just need to run a torrent-client / downloader on your server, and post the finished files to a directory readable by the web-server. Many, many more things wrong with doing it like this, but... hey. Not my problem.
