    Google’s mobile-friendly search results algorithms are coming on April 21

    so if my site is not responsive than site Penalized By Google? or just minor ranking changes, like HTTP & without HTTPS algorithms

    My understanding is that you will be penalized in Mobile search only and not Laptop/Desktop searches. I wish Google would be more clear on this though. All I hear is everyone will be penalized.

    This new Mobile responsive rollout on April 21st is for Mobile search. If your site is not mobile responsive you will just get passed up by your competitors who are mobile friendly. And it's on a page to page basis not the whole site.
    I recently fixed my site by changing to a responsive theme. Also the page load speed is a factor. Google's searches are 50% mobile now and user want fast loading sites.
