Could you please PM me your website so we can check?

onclickads.net is our pop-under ads, but you created and added this ad chanel by yourself :)
If you want to remove pop-under ads - just remove the ad channel code from your website.

Now we are checking the popunder behavior on iOS devices to make sure it works correctly.

Advertiser does not give money for free. Advertiser wants quality traffic.
But there is no traffic without publishers.
As any other legit ad network, Propeller Ads is interested in the long and successful partnership with our publishers, because they are an important part of network as well as advertisers. We don't accept any malware, adware and pornography ad campaigns to protect our publisher's auditory.
You can always report us about possible illegal activity in our network, because we are interested in keeping our ads clean of any kind of content violating our policies.

But let us not confuse fraud with aggressive advertising. Most of Internet users prefer to see websites without any advertisement at all :)

Ok, we've investigated some claims about our popunder ads on iOS.

First of all, let me clarify what "redirect" means.
If user requests yourwebsite.com but gets otherwebsite.com, this is redirect.

Then, let me explain how popunder ads work on iOS devices.
When user clicks on your website popunder code opens new browser tab with advertiser's offer.
If advertiser's offer is an application from appstore, browser automatically opens official apple app store.
So, to get back to website user should close appstore and return to browser.
If advertiser's offer is a landing page on the web - popunder works as well as on desktop devices (only opens a new tab).
This is just iOS browser behavior and we can't control it.

    What are the solutions?
First of all, most of users just close appstore after reviewing advertiser's offer and back to your website.
But, if you believe that such campaigns may harm your website we can make the following adjustments for your ad channel:
    - set a delay for popunder launch (for example, we can configure popunder to be delivered only to mobile visitors who spend a certain amount of time on your website).
    - remove all appstore campaigns from your ad channel
    - set a lower frequency for iOS/mobile users (for example, 1/48h)
To make any of these changes you need to contact our support team via tickets.
But please note all these options can significantly reduce your revenue.
We recommend to monitor your audience behavior before request changes.

In other words: although some mobile ad campaigns really may launch the appstore, we don't redirect users from publisher's website.

Or what you should really offer is the ability to turn off mobile popunders. That would be a great and revolutionary feature, we are in 2015 not in the mid 2000's.

    I agree.
As I said above, our optimization team can adjust ad channel settings according publisher's demands.
But each publisher should find a balance between the monetization and user engagement.
Most large entertainment sites use very aggressive monetization techniques, but they keep their auditory because of their content value.

Yeah, most of their banner (or all?) seems to be CPA so at the moment, I'm quitting with them as it doesn't work on my site.
I've tried them for some part of my inventory, by their stats got 202 Impressions, 117 Clicks and $0 earnings and with this CTR, this just doesn't work for me.

    Hello everyone,
Yes, we process payments during the first business week of each month.

Unfortunately, all I can say is that our financial department is doing its best in order to complete the required procedures, but they can't give me any ETA.

    Hello,
200 impressions is a very too low amount to make a decision how ads work on your website.
If you are looking an ad network you should send more traffic for a few days to each network and then compare the results.
For low traffic websites adsense works best, because shows publisher some money after a couple of clicks.

Thank you for partnering with us! :)

Yes, impressions are low, as I was only testing, but with 117 clicks on 200 impressions, that's 50% CTR (if your stats are correct) with 0 earnings. So, I could only conclude that all of ads were CPA, which as it seems doesn't work on my site.

Although, thank you for accepting my site in network.

    Regards.

Sorry for late answer, the stats in the publishers interface are updated hourly.
But in case of planned maintenances the interval may be higher.
