    I will only suggest you video sharing, relevant video etc, this thing will generate more and more likes. And if you will maintain the behavior of your page according to interest of your audience then there will no need further promotion.

    What I have personally found works well is a cover photo and display picture which blends in together and relates to eachother.
    These are the first two things a potential client will see when they click on your Facebook page, so I believe these really matter.

    You have a lot of friends on Facebook, but I can see where you might want more, especially if your Facebook use is related to business. Since you are not looking for 'real friends' but only people to market to, you could try getting into some of those 'add me' Facebook groups, where people ask each other to add them as friends for any reason. There will be many who will add you there.
