Accept Credit cards for online services

    hello,

i am selling services online - freelancers providing their services to buyers - and i need cc processing. i contacted 2checkout but they declined me saying that they cannot support our model. we are not selling anything illegal, no downloads, no porn, nothing like that... just services similar to fiverr. i really dont understand why 2co is so afraid of this.

we are very experienced in catching people who use stolen cards and we have many security mechanisms in place. there is no way anything could go wrong. the bottom line is that if anyone would lose money, that would be us (the website).

i just need to process credit cards, be able to ACH money to bank account and i dont really care if fee is 3% or 5% both are fine. our company is US based but if needeed we can establish EU company too. deposit must be processed in USD.

what cc processor do you recommend me?

    thank you very much!

Which ones you have tried previosuly? Is it gateway or you need to take care of it? If gateway you can try ccbill they are not that hard to get into ;)

    Thanks,

I only have tried to implement Authorize.net to a friend's site. They offer a payment-gateway services. Support is great, documentation is plentiful, and their API seems to be very flexible. You have to go down a bit to coding though:)

If you want an US processor, register your business legally with a state, obtain an EIN from the federal government and use that in place of an SSN when applying (since you don't have one).

doesnt work... i was on phone with bluepay just now, new rules for the industry required them to have US citizen as signer on bank account. there are no exceptions, they cannot open an account withoug that. i have everything, company, EIN, bank account but its not possible. i will contact other providers too but i think its just easier to go with europeans.

You guys are wasting your time, the only way to do this, get a offshore account, process every thing offshore, yes, it's going to slow you down in performance, but you will last a lot longer.
Try out secureglobalprocessing.com,You have a better chance on getting approved, but it's going to cost you more to process your transactions, but at least you can stop twisting you head around this problem.

    Good luck

iwebsocial is right. Worldpay is a pretty common credit card processor in the EU that deals with USD. Also, since you have a marketplace you can try balancedpayments.com.

According to me,Worldpay is better as compared to stripe and ccbill as it suites your requirements.
