What are the best login options to offer for a website?

I currently offer the following registration/login options on my website:
    • facebook
    • google+
    • email/password
However, I know there are many people who do not have facebook or google+ accounts, so I am considering adding a few more login options.

    Possibilities:
    • amazon
    • windows live
    • linked in
    • steam
As a side note, twitter is not an option because they do not provide an email address (which my website requires).

What, in your opinion, are the best login options to offer for a website?

Well, i'd say if you get Facebook, G+ , LinkedIn and windows live , this is more than enough methods. At least i would go with these ones

I think the three you have are enough.
I didn't know amazon was an option! I may have to check that out.

You can manage the log-in/authentication yourself (as another option). Web page scripts and backend database processing to compare account information and it's as simple as that. Makes it functional to anyone who uses it since it doesn't require the external site accounts you mentioned in your post.

If you want extra authentication with email/password, use 2 factor authentication or have your website send a one-time login email to the user. Can only be clicked once to login for that session, and can be done over and over again.
