You need to create sitemap including all inner pages of your website & submit it on your Google Webmaster Tool for indexing. Also do search engine submission for your website to quick index your website.

Put Unique & Quality content at your website inner pages.
Create informative Meta Title tags as well as Meta Description & put author tag too.
Also check your robots.txt file allows this page to crawl or not. If not then give permission to craw.

check your website loading time. If it is taking too much time to load then Google will not crawl immediately.

Google must crawl your website as well as website inner pages if your website have unique content and follow Google guidelines for quality website parameters.

Using sitemap is a good way to make indexing faster and you can also try to ping some important pages for quick indexing.

Audit your website, make sure it is not being blocked in the header or the robots.txt file. If it is viewable to the bots, your best bet is to create a sitemap and/or start creating some internal linking within your current content.

Put links of some of your non-indexed pages on your homepage and on other indexed pages

If I use Ping o Matic to index internal page it will work or not . I have already put some links on home page, although home page is getting good ranking. I did again submit my site map in google webmaster tool and waiting for positive response.

    Hi,
If you already submit your sitemap and still doing nothing try to use "Fetch as Google" in webmaster tool for manual submission weblinks

If you're site is fairly new you won't get internal pages indexed quickly. You can use meta backlinks to those internal links to get them indexed. Look up free backlink generators on google and post your internal page links to those sites to get some meta backlinks.

A sitemap is a good thing to try.. unless you already sent it.. Did this happen to a specific pages? Did ONLY the homepage being crawled by Google bot? What about other SE's? :)

If You are on Wordpress then Enable BreadCrumbs.
Link newer pages to old pages with suitable Anchor.
    Use Plug in Like YAARP
    And then Resubmit the SiteMap.
    And see the changes..
