Block fake hitleap traffic ( urgent)

    Hello
    My blog is getting hits from hitleap because someone tried to ban my adsense account because of fake traffic.
    I would like to block this traffic and show a blank page to each one who comes from hitleap.

    please help me

    Remove adsense from your site until the "attack" is over ... though it is probably too late.
    It is your responsibility to protect the advertiser.

    I am receiving unwanted hiteap traffic as well - I added the above mentioned code in .htaccess but hitleap is still getting through - any advice?

    If you are using wordpress which I believe you are there are specific plugins for this and surprisingly they are free have used them in the past and they are very effective

    The best solution is temporarily removing the ad tags because if you stop them, they will find some other methods.

    I'm not sure that. I think that if we add url filter on Google Analytics, problem will solved. Its just my idea. I'm not sure it.

    I contacted hitleap.com and they blacklisted my domain within 24 hours - resolving my issues.

    So how this start to happen..do you mean competitor on your niche try to add your url to get traffic or did you order traffic from unknown source,,if you not order hit leap traffic how they come,,only way is somebody add ur url to their hitleap ad traffic exchange not good so i think u already got a good reply just black list it on their own data base by contacting them hope it works..

    You don't really have to jump through all the hoops here: just contact hitleap and ask them to blacklist your domain. It's really very simple. Only a complete idiot would ever use hitleap for something as important as website traffic.
