you can buy traffic ,and free traffic from social media main platforms,,try to get into groups om your niche and start conversations,,put attractive call to action on forums,and write viral content..etc..bla bla bla

 

I find your niche a bit hard and competitive. Have you tried other forums except here? I mean those forums that mainly for website design and development?!
If not then look for a place where you can build your audience. On the other hand, blog about topics relevant to your niche.
Encourage people to engage by asking questions to you or vice versa. Join facebook groups relevant to your niche and engage.
If you earn trust and relationship in any online community you are in then you are most likely to get people's interests.
