    They look clean. But I don't think I will remember any of them after a while.
    You offer intelligent happenings, like the L with the princess cut, the hand and the branch etc. but the point is that a logo should be treated as a flag. It needs to send the signal from afar. Hence, all the small happenings should be given central focus.
    Don't be scared to render the words smaller, so your design can speak.

    I personally wouldn't take an era for a compliment. Because it would read out I'm part of the crowd, a passing trend. ;)
