Marijuana seeds creditcard processing impossible

i live in Holland where marijuana is perfectly legal by law, you can buy it in every city, and in most small town there are coffeeshops where you can buy and smoke marijuana. Everything related to Mariuana is legal as well: there are (legal) bong shops, seed shops, grow shops ect. ect.

Still it seems impossible to find a online payment processor who is willing to process creditcards for one of my customers sites He wants to open an online seedshop and sell marijuana seeds ( wich again is perfectly legal here)

We have applied at about 40 payment providers, and all of them turned the business down
Obviosly dutch banks can set their own laws that go above the country laws...
Is there anyone who can think of a solution to find way to accept creditcards on our clients site?
( we dont want to use egold, or other online currencies, we want creditcard processing)

The way I'd go about it is seeing what other similar sites are using for payment processing.

 

You will need a offshore account, your funds will be held for a minimum of 2 weeks in case of fraud. You will haft to pay a % for each sale. Check out secureglobalprocessing.com.

They can get you a offshore account, that you can use. Real time processing visa and mastercard.

 

Nothing legal that I know of will touch this sort of business. It's prohibited offshore as far as I know as well. Even if it's legal in your country, it's most likely not legal to export to anywhere else, which is why none of the offshore that I can think of will do it either. They're typically ok with gray area stuff, but usually still won't go near products that are definitely illegal.

Why? What was their explanation? I mean, if something violates their TOS (of all 40 payment processors!) it is better to know what exactly it is.

LoL wpay.net is able to process payments for Marijuana seeds - that's the joke of today. OP Kiss your money goodbye, no need to wait for them either the processor run with it or Visa and Mastercard does! If both fail you will face huge penalties and fines.. You lose they win!

 

What you need is bitcoin....

 

Piece of cake. Your customer need to create a site for selling sunflower seeds.
(It is VERY popular in Russia by the way. We can eat it all through the day)
Then (after the contract with payment processor is made) he just need to change sunflower pictures to cannabis.
And in payment reference he can use something like "X seeds to customer Y from Z" without any further specifications

 

All that will result is credit card processor closing account, keeping the money and possibly legally prosecuting the merchant (who has to handover id to obtain merchant account)

- make severals merchant accounts
- hide from any form of prosecution

Well if you ever had to open a credit card merchant account you would realize what a load of nonsense you have suggested since there are stringent procedures in place to prevent what you describe

Hence my recommendation of Bitcoin the only true alternative to Cash

pzelf, my advice is not to use any cryptocurrencies - it is not spread widely through not-a-geek people, and they will need to identify themselves anyway (when they will need to buy cryptocurrency for the real currency) and all privacy will be completely lost.

Visa & Mastercard would fine the banks/processors immediately if they found out you're selling seeds. Compare yourself with what happened to Silk Road...They used bitcoin.

 

I agree with the bitcoin suggestion. It's probably going to be the only way of doing this.

 

Bitcoin is another option than paypal.
