verifying paypal by bank account

    some sites like godaddy, elance etc. do not accept payments from unverified paypal accounts. Will it work if i verify my paypal only by bank account? because i have only payoneer virtual bank account.

    I failed to verify my PP with Payoneer b/c of I guess there was no money on my card and after that moment, the add bank form was disabled. Poor me!

    PP stopped accepting payoneer virtual bank accounts more than 1 year ago. so payoneer card is useless.

    If that is the case, we can do nothing b/c PP do not have agreement with banks in our country (Ethiopia). Too bad.

    don't give up. the solution is simple: register another PP under a different name in another country, where PP accepts withdraw to CC, verify it with your credit card or a anonymous one you can buy online, then cash out by ATM or spend the money using the CC. there are many ways to bypass PP idiotic rules...
