    Ok, I am still not sure how they work, so may be some intelligent soul can enlighten me :) I think you need to submit a banner to them,right ? of what size ? and than what will happen ? are they effective ?

    You dont need to submit a banner, but its ok to do.

    The more traffic you get the higher you go in the list.
