This site has many better options than adf.ly, worlds largest web traffic site. However the visitors are mostly bogus, and from proxies becuase people do any sort of things to earn money. However here we do not offer money but credits to webmasters so that they can get traffic . As you know that most Web tarffic sites are fake with Bot views. Here you can get genuine traffic. Click the links in Home page. Also I have customised it.. so that visitors need not wait 5 seconds to visit the orginal site. Instead they can Pop and go.
However the Full page Ad will always be there in the background.

Yes of course. In Admin Panel there , you can setup and reassign free credits to an user. User distributes credits to their URL's and there is also a setting to geographically distribute traffic. You can set your Paypal ID for selling traffic. You can ban certain URL's and also has a unique way to find out the category of site and assign automatically/

A decent shared hosting will be more than enough, unless you have 100+ visitors clicking a link at the same second, then you need a VPS with more concurrent database connections.

You can use for Adult content also. Traffic comes from webmasters who shorten links using our site and post it in forums, sites, blogs etc...
They get credits for each click that is received for thier links. Traffic is targeted to category, hence Adulut sites links gets only Adult traffic.
It can also be geographically targeted, inside Admin panel, or else Worldwide.
I am selling it because I have less time to dedicate for its promotion.
