    I wouldn't know from experience, I'm a start-up at present, well not that yet, but I would imagine if you offer services internationally then world wide likes would be excellent. If not, I don't think it will cause any harm. Think about your local clients/potential local clients. If they look you up and you have many likes, they will trust you more surely?

    i thinks local FB fans are necessary for testing your business popularity in local area .Fans from others regions will do no good to your reputation if your business does not target worldwide .

    Hello! Worldwide fans cannot harm your business. Anyway, it would be good to not have likes from click farms because your real fans will see those users are from Singapore, India and Asia in general and don't have too convincing profiles. Good luck!
