I hired the user "robertjohn" (https://www.digitalpoint.com/members/robertjhon.283749/) who was not able to finish the task and broke the initial terms that we set on Skype.

I highly recommend that you don't deal with this user as he not only wasted one month of my time, but he's now also calling me a scammer.
For the record, his DigitalPoint location is set to USA, but it turned out that the user is actually located in Pakistan.
He was also trying to charge me 550 USD for work that was copied from another site.

Don't deal with this user at any cost.
