    I contact sales rep and support, but no reply. When you go to http://www.adengage.com there is no login button...

    what's up!?!?

    What do you mean shuts down again? After they relaunched in 2012, they've been open since. At least I haven’t had any issues so far.

    aassociatehit is right, it's strange that they don't have a login button. Maybe you got the wrong URL or the site is under maintenance that moment.. With regard to the payment, why would they not pay you? Have you reached the minimum payout amount? I think it's $50.
