    All people that say that PBNs are dead have no idea what a PBN really is and how it has to be constructed. People tend to simply add blogs to their network without taking all the steps needed like having good content, different IP addresses, different authors, different themes and so on.
    PBNs are NOT dead and they will actually NEVER be dead if done properly.
