    I've never heard about it.I could see that the fee of domain registration is $9.95/year ,why not use namecheap?It's much cheap .

    dont know, robably because people dont buy it too much, so they want to promote it.

    Its usually up to 3 $ , but tierra.net is only 0.88 $
