    Or how can i get closest to this design? Is that Magento WP or what?

    It is probably built with CodeIgniter framework, as it uses the ci_session cookie.
    By the way, why do you want similar design? It's pretty much stuck in mid-2000s.

    Personally I prefer Simpla CMS, but in your case it's definitely not that one. What features are needed? Does it have to be multilingual? What are the preferred payment options? Integration with other websites? Without all of that questions answered, I would not be able to pick the right CMS.
