    I got a credit card blog with about 500 visitors a day and alexa rank of 380k which program is best? and is it best to apply now or wait to gain more traffic?

    I would apply now. There are a number of credit card affiliate programs out there. (You might try ShareASale or CJ.) Last time I checked they were paying $45 for every qualified new customer signed up.
