I've received 40 euros in my paypal account. I've linked my Punjab National Bank account & a debit card of ICICI Bank with paypal. I want to know how the amount can be converted to INR & where will it go i.e. to ICICI Bank or PNB?

The amount will be converted into INR when you withdraw your money and will be deposited to your primary bank account within 2 to 7 days

The amount will be converted to INR and go to your PNB account. Make sure you have correctly entered your
    - full bank account number
    - full name that matches with your bank account
    - NEFT IFSC code
    - PAN

The amount will credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.

    2) Accept this payment in Euros and create a balance in this currency.

Just go with option one (Accept this payment and convert it to $48.64 USD.) and then withdraw that amount in any one bank of your choice.

Your Amount will go to PNB account. With IFSC code, can find at http://www.bankbazaar.com/ifsc-code.html, you can send money through NEFT or RTGS through online money transfer. Usually you can send money only during the working hours of the bank. For example, in case you send the money after 6 pm the money is transferred only on the next working day.

I believe it's like someone else mentioned... It gets converted when being put into your bank account. Therefor, I don't think you will know till the money clears in there.
