    Hi,

    I need someone who has experience setting up mini wordpress sites that are focused on long-tail local keywords.
    You will need to have expertise in site structure and on-page SEO factors that can get long tail keyword sites ranked on the first page of Google.

    If this is you, please send me your skype and references to sites that you have ranking on the first page for local longtail keywords such as New York Dentist, etc (not necessarily for Dentist but just as an example.)

    You will be responsible for the page creation and content.

    Budget is negotiable but will pay up to $25 per site.

    $25 per site? I am sorry but this is just ridiculous! You are expecting someone to do all this work for you for a measly $25? You're not going to get anyone decent by stiffing them with a figure like that and I don't think even an amateur hobbyist developer would have the common sense to take you up on that offer.
