so i am thinking that if link building will be dead So What will be the future of SEO ???

Hope you understand my point ?

can anybody have any knowledge about it ??

    Thanks in Advanced

There were people like this even in 2006, claiming that "SEO is dead" or "will be dead". Infact I find an article dated back to April, 2006 by a famous self-proclaimed seo. Check out this interesting fact from his article

"In fact, I often see top-ranking results from pages that haven't even been crawled. Search engines are very much aware of the linkage data surrounding hundreds of thousands of pages on the frontier of the crawl and can often rank them even before the crawler gets to them"

So according to the author (Mike Grehan form Clickz.com), search engines can rank a webpage without even crawling it. Beside the "over 9000 level" of nonsense of this statement, it really takes some special effort to be that retarded where you can't apprehend the concept of Indexing & Crawling.

Long story short, don't mind these people.
Like with any other business or process, SEO is "evolving". Link building has changed alot and it will keep changing but it is simply absurd to claim that it will be dead. Instead of blog comments, now you need to "craft" your link..it takes efforts, time and cost. People who cannot afford this, will always come with stupid notion like "link building is dead"

If you get a chance of getting a dofollow link from CNN homepage on your keyword..you will take it. You wont care about penguin, panda or zebra :)

Link building is NOT the core of SEO, more now than ever. Google rewards sites that create content for the user.

Link building will remain but it should not be the focus of SEO. It never was. SEO wont die. It is even becoming more challenging these days.

Links will probably always be important to some degree.

Link building will probably become less and less important.

It might become less important for SEO, however a good link building can still bring you some good targeted traffic ;)

I think low quality and spam link building have started fading away. So focus on Google's quality guidelines and try to save your website from any Google's updates.

It wont die. It will last at least a few more years... Unless Google or any other TOP SE's says something else! :D
But they should find a way to cope with ALL those Link Building bombs (creating THOUSANDS backlinks in a matter of hours or days)... ;)

I thought that this had always been true. My guess is that no algorithm is perfect and you will be able to find your way around it if you really want to. (Not that I recommend that course of action...)

As it happens every time somebody says "link building is dead" — it's not dead, it's just evolving. Cheap, easy solutions for link building no longer work (which is good for the consumers), but link building itself is definitely still strong and prospering. You just have to adjust your methods to the market.
Free market at work, guys. :D

I don't think so that link building will dead soon because link building is the crucial part of the SEO and without link building you can't think to get good ranking in any search engine. If you have strong back link then you'll be stable for the long time in any search engine.

Can you provide a source of this so called 15% role on entire SEO that you stated above?
What do you mean by authentic websites?
Are you asking these questions because you only heard it somewhere?
