    Using backlink tracking tool we can find only back links, I don't think tracking the backlink is not a competitor analysis, there are many things to know about competitor(like content, online presence, social media presence, url structure, how frequently they optimizing the website, backlinks).

    All experts suggested only backlink tools, if we build competitor backlinks to our site we can't expect big changes in the ranking.
