From November 15th, 2014 Google have withdraw the function of adding secondary domains in Google Apps. But you can add your own domain as domain alias. So, by adding your own domain as alias you can still have Google Apps at your own domain. For example, your primary domain say primarydomain.com having Google Apps Free and you can add your own domain say mydomain.com as domain alias.
