    I want to put Plugrush's or Juicy Ad Network's Pop-unders into my NSFW blog. I know ; mobile redirecting is causing the Google deindex penalty. Does it also available on popunders? So, pop-unders may result to Google Ban or rank decreasing?

    In my opinion NO...

    but If your site’s incoming links are originating entirely from foreign language sites, adult-oriented websites and other “bad neighborhood” sites, you’ve got a great chance of seeing your rankings drop substantially!

    Hi,
    Pop-under ads provide more revenue which is good, but it provides a very bad user experience which Google doesn't like. In my opinion try to avoid such kind of advertisements in your website. If Google finds it out then your website might get penalised.
