I am interested in your Pro Hosting plan. How many domains am I allowed to host? Max 10 right?
I suppose there are no free domains right?

 

Yes the Pro plan has a 10 domain limit. All other plans do not have that.

 

I just went for your Pro Hosting plan but on the order page when I was directed to my PayPal, it asks for my credit card. How do I avoid that?

 

It depends on the location you are trying to order from. I have had a case where a customer from Asia Pacific region tried to order and similar thing happened (his account was not verified). Can you open a support ticket real quick, and we will get it resolved from there. Or if you could tell me the email or domain you used to sign up, i will go ahead and create a ticket for you (We got 3 orders after i posted this thread and i can't figure out which one is you)

Edit: 2 of the new orders were Pro Hosting plans and both seem to be paid. Let me know if you are still having problems.

 

I am from Australia so maybe that's why I got this but it's fine, I use my credit card, will this link my credit card to my PayPal? The funny thing is although it says your site accepts PayPal, now it charges my credit card not my PayPal account lol.

 

Thats possible. If your PayPal account was linked with your card, it charges the card. We also support payments directly from your Credit Card (We are PCI Compliant) if that will be easier for you. Let me know if you need any help.

 

What's my cPanel?
I have problem logging into the site even though my password is the correct one. When I tried to reset my password, the link is broken.

As for the password reset, all links seem to be working fine. Try https://neximweb.com/clients/pwreset.php and if it doesn't work, PM me the email you used here and i will initiate a password reset.

 

Thanks just realized everything went to my Junk Mail so I have sorted everything out. Is your host Nitrous web or something? Because I receive an order confirmation from them but doesn't look like your site.

 

That's good to hear. And the parent company that runs this site runs nitrous web as well. Nexim Web uses nitrousweb for domain registration and SSL. So if u order a domain it will be ordered through nitrous.

P.S. nitrousweb does not provide hosting, just domains and ssl

Just received an email yesterday saying my hosting has been suspended.
Edit: My site is restored now after I paid but I realized you're charging now at a higher rate and it's not $0.99 monthly as promised in your thread which says lifetime fee.

 

Looks like your services were suspended for not paying the invoice. The thread never said lifetime fee, it said 50% off lifetime which you are getting ($0.99 instead of $1.99). And it charged you $1.07 this time because of the overdue fee (about 10%), from next invoice it will be $0.99 again if you pay in time.

 

I submitted a support ticket more than 1 month ago and never receive any response yet till now..
