    If you don't have server access, you don't have access to blocking anybody.

    Open Google analytics, go to admin area, click tracking info, open referral exclusion list.. not add all your links which you don't want in your traffic.

    You can't block them via the server because they are not real people / IPs, but referral spam to try and boost their rankings.
