HTML Website Keeps Refreshing

    Anyone know what would cause an HTML website to keep refreshing? Kinda lost on this one. It's surely annoying! ;)

    I can only remember 2: either it's an HTML <meta> refresh or javascript.

    Check you site with validator - it may show you the problem http://validator.w3.org/

    validator is great to find also the really hidden bugs. Something really simple, like a character, can become a huge problem if you are not aware of it.
