    Finally I got the payment, not via Western Union (I don't have WU account) but via PayPal (the last payment method is my asking to CH when he choose my design as contest winner because I don't have WU account). Although I had to wait for 1-2 days to get it while the contest holder trying hard to get paypal account and contacting back to me when he got it. I really happy, finally process payment and files transfer clear, done.

    For Western Union payment you don't have to have an account for WU, you can receive payment any WU outlet.
    Person can send payment to your name and you just need MTCN # which sender can give you thats it .
    so next time if someone ask you for WU you just ask him or her to pay WU fees and give you MTCN # and it will be done.
