Design Template - paid but not received files

    Hi,

    I recently purchased a design template of the marketplace and paid for this item. However I have not received the files. I have contacted the supplier and he replied with this email: -

    Hi Andy,
    You should contact the digital point team - as they take a cut of the sales, the functionality of their market place is their responsibility. I believe the way it works is after purchasing an item you then have access to a download link, rather than being sent the product. Are you sure you do not see any download link for the product somewhere on the product page?

    Could someone please help me as I never received a download link at all after I paid.

    If the item is uploaded here on DP for selling and you have a direct download link which is not working for some reason, go directly to the item download page and try downloading it again a couple of times. If it still doesn't work, try after some time; a new download link may be generated for the same item by the marketplace system. If the problem still persists, contact a mod or someone from admin via a private conversation and verify whether DP has received its cut. If yes, report the bug directly.
    Has the seller received the amount or does he have the same problem you have with the download link? If the seller has received his payment from DP, you can request him to deliver the item directly to your email.
    Also make sure that the email through which you've received the download link (assuming you've already received it) has not gone to the Spam folder of the address through which you're trying to transact.

    I have contacted the supplier directly through email and he has now sent the template to my email address. A DP admin has contacted me to arrange that this bug gets fixed for other users so it doesn't happen to them.
