Hi every body, this is my first tread in this forum, i want your opinion or your experience.

i want to create a wallpaper web site, after a long search, i found this 2 scripts for wallpapers web site.

any body how already use one of this script, what this the best for me ? what do you think ?

I'd use WordPress. Google PixatoPress. They have a free version. It's a WP thing.

it have easy one click setup
you don't need coding skills required ans there is no code modification

 

I think it is commendable that you are (or at least were) comparing 2 paid commercial scripts. My main concerns over any script (free or paid) would be in regards to regular updates, and the security behind it. I would even go as far as to asking what template system it uses, and if there are other templates you can use or purchase. These are questions you can ask directly to the company before you purchase the script.
While I havent used it, I have noticed that "PixatoPress" has a commercial version that comes with alternative themes, and that is one feature that I find appealing.

 

True. But any software will have vulnerabilities. It could be created or updated today, right now.

I think that PixatoPress is not very good choice, i do some search on this plug-in, it's not updated since April 2014, and the web site is for sale on Flippa. i think this is not safe
However, the Wordpress idea is good, i search for something else, and i found this theme : http://www.binarynote.com/wallpaper-wordpress-theme.html
it's look nice, any one how try this theme ?

 

Thinking that a script is unsafe because the owner is trying to sell their business is stupid.

No, on this point, I agree with the OP. The business was already sold to someone already on flippa. It might have been sold to someone who is an expert coder? if not, it does raise legitimate concerns.
