Contest Quick $35 Logo for Coffee Company

My client is S.T.A.G. B.E.A.N.S. It is a start-up company in the import-coffee market. The logo will be printed on bags of coffee beans as well as used as a label for coffee mugs and cups.

The look that the client is going for is "Bold," and "Hipster." The logo must feature a stag with coffee branches at the base.

The color logo must also be submitted together with a black and white version.

The contest will run for 48hrs or until a clear winner is chosen. The winner will need to provide the logo in vector and PSD. All questions and submissions must be submitted through the contest thread. I will not take any PM-ed designs or questions. The winning designer will receive $35, paid through paypal. Please let me know in the thread if you have any questions.

The client really likes these submissions. He is concerned that perhaps the face could be too "mean" rather than bold, and would like to see some minor adjustments if possible. Also, the black and white logo will be typically printed on a black surface, and displaying the B&W on a black background will help the client get a better idea of the image that way. Great work!

 

The client thinks this concept is great has the following feedback: If it is possible to get a more "head-on" look at the stag. Also the coffee beans on either side of the head are not necessary.

 

The following is general feedback from the client: The client really likes the work that has been done so far, but is also interested in seeing a little more creativity to the "hipster" aspect. Popular "hipster" aspects include older wooden themes as well as bow-ties, smoking pipes, and glasses to put on the deer.
